Effective and last updated August 31, 2026. MyLES processes calculator entries to return an estimate, but does not retain those entries or create a visitor profile.
Plain-language summary
Your calculation stays yours
MyLES has no accounts and cannot associate a calculation with a named visitor. Calculator text, locations, compensation, itineraries, expenses, and results are processed transiently and are not written to MyLES databases, object storage, analytics, or application logs. MyLES does not sell or rent visitor information, use calculator data for advertising, or share calculator data with unrelated third parties.

Calculator processing and temporary browser state
Inputs are sent over HTTPS to the MyLES Cloudflare Worker only when server-side calculation or interpretation is needed. Responses use Cache-Control: no-store. Official-source requests are made by the server and do not include visitor inputs. Linked pay fields and in-progress calculator values use the current tab's sessionStorage, do not appear in a URL, and are not written to MyLES databases. Refreshing a calculator clears this temporary state and restores defaults; closing the browser-tab session also removes it.
Anonymous diagnostics
When a technical failure occurs, MyLES may retain an anonymous event ID, timestamp, event type, route name without a query string, HTTP status, response content type, application version, and an allowlisted technical error code for 10 days. MyLES diagnostics do not retain request bodies, calculator fields, interpreted text, location searches, itinerary details, response samples, query strings, IP addresses, user agents, Cloudflare Ray IDs, data-center codes, countries, or other geographic metadata.
Voluntary feedback
Submitting feedback retains only the message you choose to provide, feedback type, page name without a query string, submission time, triage status, resolution note, and an anonymous report ID. It is deleted when resolved or after 90 days. Do not include names, Social Security numbers, DoD IDs, financial-account numbers, medical information, classified information, or other sensitive personal information.
Aggregate analytics and Cloudflare
MyLES uses cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page and performance reporting. Aggregate dimensions may include page path, referrer host, country, device category, browser, operating system, and performance timing. Calculator fields, form values, interpreted text, URL query strings, and session-transfer data are not sent to analytics. Cloudflare also processes network requests as the hosting and security provider under its own privacy terms. Read Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cookies, advertising, and external links
MyLES does not use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or fingerprinting. Any future advertising integration requires a privacy review and policy update before activation. Links to official government sources open services governed by those agencies' own policies.
Security and policy changes
MyLES minimizes retained data, validates request sizes and fields, restricts maintenance endpoints, and separates short-lived technical events from voluntary feedback. No internet service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page, and the wording will not claim protections broader than the deployed system provides.
